Event Schedule
The fixed programme (leadership game, dodgeball, breaks) is shown below. Use ➕ Add game entry to add a match for any game, pick the players, and set an optional start time. Enter the score for each side and standings update automatically.
Team Rosters
Manage the full squad here — add, rename (✎), remove (×), set gender (♂/♀), or set captains (👑) directly. Assign who plays each match on the Schedule tab (a player may play at most 5 matches of any one game). The 🏸2-style tags on each player show how many matches of each game they're already in.
Standings
Each match: Win = 1 · Loss = 0 · Draw = 0 (winner decided by the higher score). Based on results entered in the Schedule tab.
Games Played by Category
Team-matches each team has completed vs. total scheduled, per game category (played / total).
🏆 Overall MVP (all games)
Total individual points across every game. 🏆 = Player of the Day.
🏅 MVP by Gender
Top players by total points, split by gender (from the team roster). 🏅 marks each MVP.
Player MVPs by Game
Individual points earned (Win = 1) from matches each player was recorded in on the Schedule tab. 🏅 marks each game's MVP.

⚙ Settings — games & limits
Tick a game to include it (untick to hide it from Add-game and the schedule filter), and set its max matches per player. Then Save.
Games & Format
🏟 2 courts / boards per game → 2 matches per game in parallel (up to 8 at once). Chess matches are 30 min (2 per session).
🔁 Round-robin repeated over 4 sessions; each court is its own scored match.

The objective of Rally Day is to have fun, demonstrate teamwork, and earn the maximum points for your team. Please review the rules before game day.
🏸 Badminton (Doubles)
Team
- 2 players per team
- Rally scoring system
Match Format
- One game to 21 points
- Team must win by 2 points
- Maximum score: 30 points (at 29-29, first team to 30 wins)
Serving
- Serve diagonally into the correct service court.
- Only one serve attempt.
- If the shuttle lands outside the court or into the net, it is a fault.
Faults
- Shuttle lands outside the court
- Shuttle touches the ceiling
- Player touches the net
- Shuttle is hit twice by the same team
- Wrong server or incorrect court position
Winning
The team that reaches 21 points first (with a 2-point lead) wins the match.
🏓 Pickleball (Doubles)
Team
- 2 players per team
Match Format
- First team to 11 points
- Must win by 2 points
Serving
- Underhand serve only
- Serve diagonally
- Ball must clear the kitchen (non-volley zone)
Important Rules
- Double bounce rule:
- Receiving team lets the serve bounce.
- Serving team lets the return bounce.
- After that, volleys are allowed.
- No volleying inside the kitchen.
Faults
- Ball out of bounds
- Ball into the net
- Volley from inside the kitchen
- Wrong server
Only the serving team can score points.
♟ Chess
Match Format
- One game
- Time control: 10 minutes per player (or as announced)
Basic Rules
- White moves first.
- Touch-move rule applies.
- Illegal moves must be corrected immediately.
Winning
- Checkmate
- Opponent resigns
- Opponent runs out of time
Draws are allowed if both players agree or by standard chess rules.
🎯 Carrom (Doubles)
Team
- 2 players per team.
- Partners sit opposite each other and take alternate turns.
Match Format
- One game (or as announced by the organizers).
Objective
Pocket all your team's assigned coins (black or white) before the opposing team.
Queen Rule
- The Queen (red coin) can be pocketed only after at least one of your team's own coins has been pocketed.
- After pocketing the Queen, your team must cover it by pocketing one of your own coins on the very next successful turn.
- If the Queen is not covered, it is returned to the center of the board.
Fouls
- Pocketing the striker.
- Pocketing an opponent's coin.
- Illegal strike or incorrect striker placement.
- Touching coins with your hand during play.
- Any foul results in the applicable penalty as determined by the referee.
Winning
- The first team to legally pocket all of its assigned coins (and successfully cover the Queen if pocketed) wins the match.
- If time expires, the referee will determine the winner based on the remaining coins or tournament rules.
Sportsmanship
- Wait for your turn.
- Do not distract opponents while they are taking a shot.
- Respect the referee's decisions.
🤾 Dodgeball Fun Game Rules (3-Team Format)
Team Setup
Divide participants into the following groups:
- Team 1 Throwers
- Team 1 Assists
- Team 2 Throwers
- Team 2 Assists
- Team 3 Dodge Zone Players
During each round, one team occupies the Dodge Zone (middle area) while the other two teams act as throwers from opposite end lines.
Teams rotate so that every team gets an equal opportunity to play in the Dodge Zone.
Objective
Throwing Teams
- Eliminate as many Dodge Zone players as possible using legal throws.
- Earn 1 point for every Dodge Zone player eliminated.
Dodge Zone Team
- Stay in play as long as possible.
- Avoid being hit and maximize the team's total survival time.
Player Roles
Throwers
- Must release the ball from behind their designated end line.
- May throw only at players in the Dodge Zone.
- Must always follow referee decisions.
Assist Players
- Remain inside their assigned assist box.
- Retrieve stray balls and return them to their team's throwing line.
- Cannot throw at Dodge Zone players.
- Passing balls only.
Dodge Zone Players
- Move freely within the Dodge Zone.
- Attempt to dodge incoming throws.
- Continue playing until legally eliminated.
Elimination Rules
A Dodge Zone player is declared OUT when:
- A ball thrown directly by a thrower strikes the player at or below the hip.
- The throw originates from behind the thrower's end line.
- The referee confirms the hit as legal.
Hits above the hip, bounced balls, or throws made illegally do not count as eliminations.
